You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. After this 30-day period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Ship Your Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs or arrange for a replacement, as appropriate.
